1. Servings: 1 Use heavy duty foil or a double thickness of regular hou In each large square of foil plaace a serving portion each serving with 2 Tablespoons brown sugar and a teaspo mustard.
2. Stick a clove or two into drained pineapple sl on ham.
3. Dot with butter.
4. Place two pieces of pared and potato at side of ham.
5. Fold the foil into a secure packa the ends underneath securely.
6. Cook over glowing coals u tender, about 1 hour.
7. Serve in the package.
