Red Wine Vinegar

Sliced Ripe Olives, Drained

Masa Harina

Directions
- Brown beef cubes in a non-stick skillet (or 3 T vegetable oil in regular skillet).
- Add chili powder to meat.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Place meat in large Dutch oven.
- Saute onions, garlic and peppers in oil until golden.
- Add to meat with tomatos and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add remaining spices, vinegar and brown sugar.
- Cook slowly, covered for 2 hours.
- Add masa harina and olives.
- The jalapenos seem like a lot but after cooking for 2 hours they lose a lot of their punch.
